Return and Refund Policy

Customers may return/exchange the items within 7 days in the following cases:

  • Received a defective or expired product
  • Received a different product from what you ordered

Terms for returns and exchanges:

  • Product must be unopened and unused in original box
  • The order number and customer name should be included in the returned package
  • The cost of the delivery of the returned products to be covered by the customer
  • After the products have been received by our fulfilment team, the refund will be
  • made within 28 working days
  • Return/exchange not accepted other than the cases stated above

2. **Provide Information:** In your email, include your order number, and a description of the issue, and attach clear images showing the item's condition and defects.
3. **Review Process:** Our support team will review your request and the provided evidence promptly.
4. **Confirmation:** Once your request is approved, we will notify you via email with further instructions.
5. **Refund or Replacement:** Depending on the nature of the issue and product availability, you will be offered either a refund or a replacement item.
